My Arlo wired doorbell won’t link to Google Home. I’ve tried deleting both apps with the same isssue occurring.
From Google Home I click Add Device and choose Arlo. It deep links me to the Arlo app and asks me to authorise Google access, which I Agree to. It then sends me back to the Google Home app, where it says device linked. It then spins for 10 seconds and says Something went wrong and the device is not linked.
support appreciated.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Thank you for following up. We managed to resolve the issue which, if helpful, was I think down to the fact that my account didn't install the doorbell. Is there a concept of a master account?
On my app the doorbell couldn't be found - on my wife's (who installed the doorbell) app the doorbell showed up fine. Is this a known issue?

Only the main account holder will install the account then share the access rights to the granted access user.
