I receive the error "Unable to add accessory", when scanning the QR code on the hub.

I have searched the forum and found three relevant solutions:
- restart hub and phone (multiple times)
- factory default hub (once)

Neither worked, so I am at the point for the third that seems to be asking for a "remote token reset", please.

Thank you!

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

You don't scan the QR code on the smarthub.

If you see "Library" in your app menu, use the "no setup code" path in this guide:

If you see "Feed" instead, then use this guide:

That is what I have been doing, and you do scan the code .

So using the "Feed" link and Without directions, I receive the error "Unable to add accessory". Apologize for not including that the first time.

It sounds like you need a token reset.

I'm tagging the mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - so one of them can do that for you.

If you have a subscription, you can also contact Arlo support using the support center in the app.

Thank you! I have been able to add all cameras/doorbell and able to see them in HomeKit. Also, think I marked the appropriate post as solution.
