My VMB5000 does not connect to Apple home. I’ve initiated the setup from Device settings - homekit setup. After scanning the QR code the app starts to ”connect”, but remains there and never completes. Any advice?

You need a token reset.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

Hi, Brook / Arlo team. Are you able to send a token to my VMB4000 - it does not connect to Apple home. I’ve initiated the setup from Device settings - homekit setup but it only states 'Discovering your device. Please wait.' Then "DEVICES FOUND" sits there with only the spinning iOS circle

Brooke,
Can you send a token reset to my base station as well? I have the same issue.
