I cannot connect my VMB4000 base station to HomeKit. It was previously working on another iPhone but now attempting to setup in the Arlo app results in hanging on the searching for device screen. Is there a solution to this? Token reset? Pro Base Station Three-LED VMB4000

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hello, I am having the same problem with my VMB4000r3 not connecting to HomeKit.  It sounds like the solution is to have a token sent to my unit.  Can you help?

After updating the Arlo app, the HomeKit connection dropped and I am unable to connect again. Can you resend a token reset so I can reconnect my VMB4000 and HomeKit?

Thank you... My connection is working as expected.  Should this be included in a software or firmware upgrade?
