Unable to discover Base Station in HomeKit. Haven't heard back from Support Team.

I have google Wifi mesh network with the base station plugged into one of the mesh pods. When i try to add the cameras to HomeKit it doesn’t kind the base station. I’ve opened up numerous tickets and they keep getting closed with no resolution. Maybe someone can tell me how to get around this issue.

Yes,  I had an escalated support request on the inability to add Arlo to homekit from a month or two ago. No response—even to requests asking to update me on escalation. Very poor customer support.
