The Firestick must be at least gen 2, then you must allow Alexa ( enable skill )to have access to Arlo.

Make sure each camera has a different name ( not like cam 1/ cam 2 )

We did all that, the only thing different is we do not have it streaming through the cloud.

Not exactly sure what you mean by streaming....

But the base must have internet access and the fire stick powered

I usu just hit the alexa button and say show camera X
