Switched ISP and when I reconnect Base Station and connect HomeKit, Arlo app goes offline?

Anyone else running Ultra and HomeKit? Just recently I switched ISP and now when I reconnected my base station and connect HomeKit the Arlo app is useless and appears offline. When I disconnect HomeKit the app works again. What gives?

Also there’s word about Arlo’s wired doorbell being ready for HomeKit as well. Anyone hop on to see if that works?

I get none of this has secured video storage with HomeKit but I did appreciate being able to hop on to the home app and watch activity versus through the Arlo app.

I would suggest to contact the Support Team to further investigate this issue that you're experiencing with Apple HomeKit. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.

 

And yes, the Arlo Wired Video Doorbell (AVD1001) is compatible with Apple HomeKit. You can read more about this here: Arlo Wired Video Doorbell and Arlo Pro 4 are now compatible with Apple HomeKit!
