Smart hub and Alexa

Hi!

 

I just added the ultra smart hub with my essential cameras and now Alexa shows them as unresponsive.  I have tried removing the arlo skill in both the Alexa and arlo apps and they all still to show unresponsive.  Does anyone know how to fix this?
