Request for HomeKit Token Reset - VMB5000r6

I have factory reset my Hub VMB5000r6 but I am getting 'Accessory Not Found' when trying to pair with HomeKit. Please issue a remote HomeKit Token Reset for my base station.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
