Problema activando HomeKit en Arlo Pro 2

Buenas tardes. Me es imposible activar HomeKit en mi Arlo Pro 2. Está actualizada al último firmware, hardware VMB4000r3. Tras resetearla múltiples veces, se queda siempre al final en la pantalla de "Detectando el dispositivo" y nunca lo encuentra. Agradecería ayuda.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

I am having the same issue. After speaking--well chatting with Arlo support, now I don't even see the base or cameras on my dashboard.  My S/N is 4R047870A1F15 for the VMB4000 model. All I have is one Orange light where the power indicator is 😞
