I've been trying to get some support for getting my Arlo camera to work with HomeKit for 2 months now but every time I raise a support ticket I get one reply and then nothing. I've had a couple of emails that I haven't been able to respond to as every time I click the link I either get a 404 or told the case has been closed.
I can't get my camera working with HomeKit and can't get any support.
Posting here as I can't think of any other way to get any help.
