After adding the pro 3 in the Apple home app, I can listen and speak to the camera when I am on the same Wifi network. But there is no sound when I am not at home. But it works fine in arlo app even I am not on the same WiFi network. Not sure if this is an issue with Apple HomeKit??

While using HomeKit, there is no sound when viewing the live feed through Arlo’s cameras. All 6 of my cameras are silent. When connected to Wi-Fi it will work. On cellular it cuts out. I’ve tested it on my phone and my wife’s. Defeats the purpose of being HomeKit compatible. Anybody have the same issue and found a way to resolve it?
