I have just brought the Arlo essentials indoor and outdoor Gen 2 camera set. Verisure won’t monitor the cameras as they were not brought from them.

I want to know how to I create another Arlo account as I want to be able to see the feeds from the cameras.

You'll see "Create Account" at my.arlo.com (using a PC browser)

But would I be able to view my feeds on the Arlo app?

As I’m not sure if you can have two accounts,

You'd need to add the new cameras to the new account (and get a subscription if you want cloud storage).  Then use the "Friend" account feature to share the cameras between the two accounts.

Note I am not in Europe, so I don't know how the Verisure/Arlo stuff is coordinated.

Hi StephenB

Thank you for your reply. I probably need someone from Arlo to confirm whether what you have suggested will be because of the Verisure stuff.

I have just tried to make an account on line but can’t pair my cameras as you can only do this via the app

After you create the account, you can remove the new cameras from your old account, and then log into the new one on your phone.  Then install the cameras to the new account.

I have done this and when I shared the access of the cameras to my account with the Verisure plan, I lose the doorbell from my devices and it get’s replaced with the cameras. They don’t all appear.

Do both accounts show "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu?  Or does the Verisure account instead show "Library"?

No, only one would show

Both account need to show "Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu.

If you go into the account showing "Library" (likely the Verisure account), you can go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera.  While you can't finish that that process w/o the camera, the workflow should migrate the account to "Feed" before you get stuck.

There are limitations/issues with Feed -

  • no custom modes
  • the combination of geofencing+scheduling doesn't work properly.

Both accounts do show feed and the app I have doesn’t have library.

The version of the app is 6.0.3 (9369) and the release date is 8 May 2025

Ok.  That wasn't at all clear from your previous response.

Does the invite to the new account show up as accepted in your primary (Verisure) account?

The cameras will show up in separate locations (both named "Home") - which is confusing.  If that is the issue, all you can do is rename the locations to minimize the confusion.  You'd still need to select the "location" the cameras are in before you can see the cameras.
