My Arlo doorbell not connecting with Alexa

Hi, my Alro doorbell is not announcing on Alexa. I have read through the topics here but still not working.

Are you seeing any error messages? At what point do you experience an issue?

Hi James,

I read that and tried to Google the soul action online but no luck.  I don’t have any error message but it’s just not work.  The only possible reason is I could not see Alexa in the privacy centre of my arlo app but I have no way to add Alexa to it
