I have successfully created an IFTTT account and integrated my Amazon Echo with the Arlo camera.  There only seems to be ways to either arm or disarm the entire suite of cameras under one Arlo Pro server, or start recording on an individual camera.  Is that the only control we have?  I'd also like to voice control the geofencing mode...

It sounds like these may be the only IFTTT recipes available for this function. What recipes are you looking at on IFTTT, can you provide a link?
