? I Have questions... I have been wanting to buy & expand my existing ARLO security System... Can somebody from ARLO talk to me?

 

REPEAT:  I already have an Arlo system, I have desired to expand, but I need to communicate with a live human... Is anybody there? Can anybody from ARLO assist me???

Why on earth are you posting private info on an internet forum? That's just begging for problems.

 

No one is going to call you. However, we can provide information here as well as possibly the mods chiming in with info that us users don't have.

 

If you have a subscription you can use the app to go to Settings, Support and choose a camera. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support. You can buy a single camera monthly sub to do this and then cancel it after you've got your answers.
