Homekit integration does not work

Hi everyone,
I’m actually unable to use my Arlo Basestation/cameras with HomeKit. My Arlo app is up to date and it seems I need a token to reset my base station.
How to get this token ?

Hi Brunobytes,

 

Thanks for that detailed information. I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi Brunobytes,

 

Could you elaborate what issue you're having with your Apple HomeKit and Arlo system? Are you unable to add your Arlo system to Apple HomeKit?

When I go to Device Settings->My Devices->Base Station->Homekit-> Setup

It shows the following message "Discovering your device. Please wait" and then does not proceed further.
