Homekit Reset Token Request

To Arlo Support Staff,

 

I'm having trouble adding an Ultra SmartHub VMB5000 to HomeKit. It's giving me "Unable to add accessory. This accessory cannot be used with HomeKit." My other two hubs have been added just fine. I've made sure it's running the latest firmware. From what I've gathered reading other forum posts the reset token should clear this up. Can you please assist?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
