Like many others on this board, I am after a token reset for my VMB5000 hub. I’ve tried calling support for literally 2 weeks and after 5 minutes of being on hold, I get yelled at by a recorded voice that says “ALL ADVISORS ARE BUSY, PLEASE CALL BACK” - which is atrocious to put it politely.
While the bridge has been in use for some time, I’ve only recently been trying to connect to HomeKit for the first time. This is a terrible UX, all the way from the software, to the customer service experience trying to get the issue resolved. If it’s not reset today, I’ll be looking for money back on these products as they’re falsely advertised and the monthly sub cost gets harder and harder to justify.

Chris3sr,
I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
