HomeKit token reset VMB4540

I have failed to get Apple HomeKit to see my (new) Hub/bridge - there is no setup code on the device.  After reading many posts here, please may I have a reset token to the VMB4550 registered to my account .

I do not have any new information to share at this time regarding AVD2001 and Apple Homekit compatibility.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thanks - that worked easily for my Essential XL Spotlight camera; but disappointed to find that it didn't work for my doorbell (AVD2001(Wire-free)), and I now see that is well covered in other threads.  Is it worth looking out for the long-anticipated update?
