HomeKit not setting up

I'm having trouble connecting my arlo base station to apple HomeKit. It was working 2-3 weeks ago....now I can't set it up again. Can I get one of those token resets?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
