HomeKit Token reset needed for VMB4000

Hello,

This is an old issue that has been resolved. Can you please send a token reset for the VMB4000 connected to this account? The HomeKit option is not shown in my Arlo app.

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thanks very for resetting my HomeKit token on my base station. The Apple Home app now sees the base station but when I tried to add it, it asked for a code which I don’t have. There is no QR code on my VMB400. The Arlo app still doesn’t see the HomeKit option. Not sure what I missed? Thanks
