I’ve set up my VMB4000 Base station with 1 Arlo Pro camera and 3 Arlo Essential cameras, and when I try and configure HomeKit on the base station, it gets stuck on the discovering step and won’t actually connect. Can I get some help?

Hi everyone, I am having the same issue too.. unable to use my Arlo cameras with HomeKit. My Arlo app is up to date and it seems I need a token to reset my base station.
How to get this token ?

My homekit integration also stopped working, and I am unable to set it up again.  Can I also get a token reset please?  Also, why not allow the user to reset his/her own token via the app as suggested a few months ago on this very thread?

Even after token refresh and restart, I’m still not seeing homekit. Any thoughts?

Hi, mine didn’t work initially after token reset but I worked out why. I have a double NAT setup. I unplugged the VMB4000 from the main router and plug it into the wifi router so both are in the same subnet and it worked after that! Not sure if you have a similar setup though. Hope you have success soon.
