As a company, we also use the arlo cameras for monitoring and have an admin account which has released various cameras to other accounts so that all employees have access to them. Now the problem is that the admin account has the app or

Browser version switches directly to the old system because the cameras are already relatively old. When registering the other accounts, however, the new version is automatically on it so that all camera images are gone or not visible.

Is there a way to either run the other accounts back to the old version or to switch the admin account to the new version?

You cannot migrate accounts back to the old interface version.

But there is a hack you can use to migrate accounts from the old version to the new one.  Go into "add device" and start to add a Pro 5s camera (even though you don't have one).  While you can't complete that process w/o the camera, the workflow will migrate the account to the new "Feed" interface before you get stuck.
