I just added a VMB5000 as my second base station.  I cannot add it to my HomeKit.  It just stuck after I entered the code to the Arlo App.

 

I have tried to reset the base station but issue persist.

 

Does it mean that I also need to ask for reset the token?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
