Hello,
I have received my Arlo ultra with 2 camera, but not possible view video on my echo show 8.
Camera connect but the video very lagging and video color green.
I have reinstalled skill and camera two time.
Any tips or fix for this problem please ?

Yes I have reset echo show 8 and arlo, and on my echo spot I have the same problem.

The green video is caused by loss (generally on the connection between the camera and the base).  How far is the camera from the base?  Does the problem still happen if you move it near the base (perhaps 8-10 feet away)?

What signal strength are you seeing in the app?

 

6-10 meters should be working, but it does depend on what is on the path between the cameras and the base.  

 

Are you seeing the green corruption on every recording and livestream?  Or just sometimes?

I don't think it's your home wifi, it's more likely closed wifi connection between the camera and the base.

 

You could try restarting the base, and then do some live streaming tests and see how often you are getting the corrupted video.

 

I'd also try moving one of the cameras closer to the base (2 meters or so) as a test. If you are seeing corruption there, you could exchange the cameras with the seller or perhaps contact support.
