I selected Arlo because of compatibility with Apple Homekit. I cannot connect the VMB5000 to Homekit. I have followed all instructions. I have also searched other posts (different sites) for similar challenges--this is a frequent problem. Before I call for assistance, any advice appreciated other than just throwing up hands and quitting. Very disappointed.

Hi rs82,
I saw the private message that you sent over to me. In case you haven't seen it, just letting you know that I've sent a token reset request to your SmartHub that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your SmartHub (remove and reapply power) and allow the SmartHub to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?
