Connecting Samsung TV (or SmartThings) to Arlo Camera (in Switzerland)

Hi, I hope someone can help me:

 

I am based in Switzerland, and as I understand the integration of SmartThings and Arlo is currently only available in the US, UK and Singapore :-(. Not funny after the amount of money I spent.

What I am trying to achieve is to stream one of the Arlo cameras onto 4 Samsung TV's. The Samsung TV's to support Apple TV, but then it would need a device per TV to stream. Any ideas how I can resolve this matter?
