Canceled subscription, still getting billed months later

After having Arlo for several years, I canceled my subscription. No issues, I moved in with my wife and she had a different system. I canceled my subscription on April 29th, deleted account, still have the email. I was then billed on the 22nd of May and June. Customer support has been impossible to get in touch with. After reading the forum, it looks like this is a common issue. Has anyone had success solving this issue?

The mods - @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC - can create a support ticket on your behalf.  You might also want to dispute the charges with your credit card company (or Paypal if you use that).
