I have not been able to view my Arlo pro 2 cams on HomeKit for the last month or so if I am on any network other than my homes wifi. In the past I have been able to view my cams on HomeKit away from home on 4g, or outside wifi. Has something changed recently?

Hi @DrClaw

 

I was not able to replicate this issue. Please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo app installed V3.2 & the latest version of iOS.

Hi @ShayneS, I am current on my Arlo app version and one minor behind on iOS. I will download the minor and report back

In order to trouble shoot, I removed all devices from homekit, when attempting to reconnect I just get the spinning wheel. Do you think you would be able to send another refresh token to my base station see if this solves the spinning wheel issue?
