Can’t discover base from homekit

Hi, I have Arlo connected to Apple Homekit but recently I had some issues. So I had to reset my Homekit, now I'm not able to add Arlo back to Homekit. It is stuck on Discovering your device screen. 
From other posts, it seems a token reset is required, can anyone help with this please?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
