I cant connect my VMB4000 base station to homekit.  When I try it sits on the 'Discovering your device' page and goes nowhere.  Looking at these forums I need to get a token reset?

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Hello  ShayneS,

 

I rebooted the base station. It still looking for a setup code after I selected the base station in the apple homekit app. Please assist.

Thanks for your response. When I select the Arlo Base Station I don't see the HomeKit.

Can you try rebooting the base again and removing and reinstalling the Arlo app and check for the option again?
