Can’t connect to homekit

Famous white screen stating “discovering your device please wait”. 

This was after they were working and then just stopped one day, I removed all of Arlo from HomeKit and when trying to add them again it just stalls at discovering. 


Can I get a token reset also please?

Hi Deathtrap,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your Base Station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your Base Station (remove and reapply power) and allow the Base Station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi Jessica,

Would you be able to send me a reset token? I’ve tried everything else but nothing has worked.

After doing a few hard resets of the base and removing the base from my app, it has finally allowed me to add it to HomeKit.

Token reset worked! It’s all working for now. Hopefully it stays that way.
