I am having issues trying to connect our Arlo wireless doorbell to our new Echo Show 8. I’ve set up the Arlo skills in Alexa Skills, but when I try searching for the doorbell it just says it can’t be found. I have access to the doorbell on the Arlo account which works fine.
after reading a few posts I’ve taken the battery out of the doorbell and deleted Arlo skills and then reinstalled and tried to connect but this doesn’t help. I’ve also reduced the video quality to 1080 which also makes no difference. Any other suggestions as to why the Alexa app can’t find the Arlo doorbell even though it’s working fine on Arlo app?
