I've been trying to migrate to Google Home from Alexa. I successfully added Arlo initially but had to delete the home and start over due to issues with Smartthings.
I attempted to add Arlo again and the account linked, however, all the cameras showed as "offline." When I tried to unlink Arlo and try again, the cameras remained. Now I am unable to remove them, even if I delete the home and start over.
Things I've tried:
- Delete the home and start a new home
- Remove "devices assigned to me" in Google account settings
- Tried a solution I found that said to rename the cameras
- Tried another solution that said to try and add Arlo from another gmail account
- Removed arlo access from Smartthings and Alexa
- Reboot Arlo Base Stations
- Unlinked arlo and waited overnight to see if the devices removed themselves
None of the above worked.
The weird thing is that I don't show arlo 3rd party access in any of my google accounts, however, if I say try something like changing the name of a camera in the arlo app, it immediately reflects the change in google. But still shows as "offline."
Please note that all apps are up to date and all arlo firmware is the latest.
Any help would be very appreciated
