Can not connect to HomeKit — stuck at discovery

I think I need a token reset from reading other posts - how can I get that accomplished. 

 

Serial Number: AAD1177WA0524
Hardware: VMB4540

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.
