Blocked country code used trying to link smartthings with arlo

I used to have my Arlo account linked to Smartthings, unfortunately I had to factory reset my Smartthings hub and add again all my devices and services.

I was successful in adding everything back again except for linking my Arlo account as I get a message “Blocked country code used”. 
Can anyone help me!!!

Are these the original Smarthings and Arlo Accounts? (with no changes to the address)?

Are you in the same country as you were in when you first did the link?

Are you perhaps using a VPN?
