Base station not responsive in HomeKit

New to Arlo products. Have just set up in Phone App & MAC HomeKit. Camera’s are now ‘unresponsive’ in the HomeKit so I want to ‘Remove the device from the HomeKit’ & start again. In the Arlo App when I go to ‘remove the device’ it comes up with an error saying the “Base station can not be removed because it is not responsive”. Both the base station & the App(phone) is connected to the same home wifi router so am lost as to what to do next to get them removed to reset the HomeKit setup, any suggestions?

Thanks to the Arlo support App was able to resolve the issue with the help of the chat option. Logged in & out of the App & turned the power off & then back on for the Base Station & everything is reset & working...good one 👍
