Arlo pro and Alexa

I would like to create a routine with Alexa that immediately shows me my Arlo Pro image when motion is detected and immediately after that turn on a light for 5 minutes only.
Alexa tells me that the 'show Arlo' command must be at the end of the routine and not at the beginning. It means, I have to wait 5 minutes before I can see the video on Alexa but It  doesn't make any sense.
Do you have an idea to solve the problem?
