I set up anArlo account for my wife and gave her total admin privileges to our Arlo Pro 2 system. We use Alexa to arm and disarm the system. The problem is that now when we arm or disarm the system, Alexa will tell us twice (back to back) that it has armed or disarmed the system. I have deleted and reinstalled both the Arlo app and the Alexa app. I have also went in and removed her admin privileges. Nothing helps, any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Poorboy,
Do you have multiple Alexa devices hearing the command. There is a possibility they are hearing/reading the commands at the same time. Can you temporarily unplug the other Alexa devices, or move one into a room away from others and re-test?
Thank you
