Arlo Ultra HomeKit issue - no motion detection or live feed

I just completed the set up for HomeKit integration. Video feed now shows up in the home app but now I’m unable to connect to either camera to get a live feed from the home app or the Arlo app. Motion detection isn’t working either. Basestation firmware was upgraded to current (1.14.0.9_137_8e45094).
Any idea on a fix? Anyone else having this issue?

What is preventing you from initiating a live stream? Are you getting an error message when trying to live stream from the Arlo app?

No errors are displayed. In both the Arlo app or the home app, after selecting the camera to initiate the live stream, the spinning wheel/throbbed is displayed and never connects. This morning I removed the cameras and base station from the home ecosystem and restated the base station. Connections to the cameras have been reestablished but now when trying to reconnect to HomeKit, no Arlo products are discoverable. Any ideas or recos on what to try?
