Arlo Pro is connect to Amazon Show but Alexa says "sorry something's wrong"

I have enabled the arlo skill on my Alexa show. When I ask to see one of my cameras. She says okay then "sorry something's wrong". Any suggestions?

Hi @Bigticket202,

 

Try to disable the Arlo Alexa skill through Alexa and try to re-enable it again and pair your account again and see if that helps.
