Arlo Pro S5 2K not appearing in SmartThings

I bought the 3 camera plus solar charger at Costco SPECIFICALLY because it said in the material that the cameras were compatible with SmartThings, but after linking the 2 accounts, the cameras do not show up in my SmartThings app.  What gives?

Fixed.  I was linking my old account and the canaras and app where on the new account.  Duh!
