I can not get my Arlo Pro 2 to connect with my smartthings hub.  What can I do?

Firstly, are you using the Smartthings Classic app or the newer one. I only use the Classic app. In the Marketplace there should be a Arlo Connect Smart app. Have you tried this? Or you can go to the Cameras section of the Marketplace and add them there.
