Arlo Pro 2 Smart Things Integration

I added the Arlo base station and the pro 2 cams to smarthings last night and smart things added it's own mode ( which I didn't ok it to do) then the base station stopped loading the detections to the cloud. I had to delete the integration and reset the base station for arlo to populate the library in the cloud.
Is this a known issue or just random occurrence?
I see that others have lots of issues with not being able to reliably record to the library. If this issue reoccurs I will need to return the product.
