Arlo Pro 2 - Homekit not discovering

Hi, I have updated my Arlo app on ios to the latest 3.5.5 release, but I am still having the issue with getting stuck on the homekit setup page. Can someone help and send me the a token reset request to your my station. Thanks!

Hi dzzh, Kdmoring, MisterHumbug, Jan_Uwe,

 

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online. Then make sure that you have the latest version of the Arlo iOS app and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

Hi there,

I read that I need a token reset sent to my system in order for Home kit to discover my Arlo Pro 2. I was wondering if someone would be able to do that. Thanks.
