Cameras are all working in Arlo App. They used to show in Google Home app but for the past few weeks, all they do is show the spinning loading wheel until it says "Camera Unavailable". I have unlinked Arlo from Google Home account and reset them up with no change. Please help!

@MooingBird who did you speak to, because there is no open/closed cases within Arlo? We are still currently investigating this and I will update the community as soon as possible. However, your statement above is not true.

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue where my Arlo Doorbell cannot be linked to Google Home. When I go through the authorization process in the Google Home app (Add device > Works with Google > Arlo), I log in to my Arlo account and click "Agree and link" on the authorization screen — but instead of completing the link, I receive an HTTP 404 error.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Google Home app
2. Add device > Works with Google > Arlo
3. Log in to Arlo account
4. Click "Agree and link" on the authorization screen
5. Result: HTTP 404 error appears
Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue with the Arlo + Google Home integration, or could there be something wrong with my account? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Grzegorz Krzywda

Adding my 2 cents cos its still broken almost 3 months later....
on top of the original issue (as i assumed it was auth or linking problem before finding this post), i tried relinking and get a "http 404" error, uninstalled app and tied to relink again (as by that time, the link is removed) and it would open up browser to arlo and say "invalid factorid (cannot found factor for user)"... even though 2nd factor auth is working and was set to email. So ignoring the bad English on the error, id say this seem a but poor in quality...
anyway, after an hour of fiddling i managed to get it back up to previous state (cameras linked but "not available" when trying to view feed in google home) by installing the app again, setting up sms 2 factor auth, removing app, re-running the link process, once linked, re-installed app..
as you can see, pretty poor.... this is no fault of the forum moderators, but obviously arlo as a company hasnt prioritised what is "essential security" to many, ie, many do rely on google home and automation to work as part of their overall security system setup and based on this its a "just accept sometimes things work and other times it doesnt... thats ok for users who use our product for security needs". We have been sold on such features and have a expectation that it works reliably, to have such an outage in integration for now afew days shy of 3 months and "still being looked at" seems a bit poor to me... arlo being security focused company should highlight they care and prioritise peoples security....
hoping it gets fixed soon, but highlighting that i dont think arlo (as a company) cares....

@grzegorzkrzywda - http 404 error:
Setup sms 2 factor auth on arlo end, and make sure thats your primary (my one was originally email 2 factor auth and that seemed to not work when linking - working for normal login though - prob a different bug)
uninstall arlo app
Reopen home and try linking again, this time it should try linking via web page rather then the arlo app.
do the usually auth stuff and hopfully it re-links correctly (did for me).
reintall app after...
This left me with linked cameras and door bells but still the "unavaliable" error when trying to view camera stream via home... at least the door bell chime works though
