Hello Arlo Support,

I’m having trouble connecting my Arlo Base Station (VMB4000) and two Arlo Pro 2 cameras to Apple HomeKit. The HomeKit option appears in the Arlo app, but when I attempt to pair the devices, the discovery list is empty and the devices do not show up.

Here are the details of my setup:
- Model: Arlo Base Station (VMB4000)
- Firmware Version: Up-to-date (confirmed via Arlo app)
- Network Setup: Mikrotik router with CAPsMAN, Arlo base station connected via Ethernet
- iOS Version: Latest version (iPhone used for pairing)
- HomeKit Compatibility: Available in Arlo app but unable to discover devices for pairing

Steps I’ve Already Taken:
1. Enabled multicast routing and IGMP snooping on my router.
2. Allowed UDP traffic on port 5353 in the firewall to facilitate Bonjour (mDNS) service.
3. Restarted all devices, including the router, Arlo base station, cameras, and iPhone.
4. Confirmed that all devices are on the same network (both wired and wireless are on the same subnet).

I would appreciate any help or suggestions to resolve this issue! If there are any further steps I can take or logs I should check, please let me know.

Thanks in advance!

I have reset your HomeKit token, Please reboot your Base Station or Smart Hub and try again.

Thank you

What you actually need is a token reset from Arlo.

The mods can do that for you, so I am tagging them: @BrookeN , @ShayneS , @JamesC
