Arlo Alexa Fire Stick Streaming 3 of 4 cameras working

This was working for all 4 cameras but now 1 camera will not stream to fire stick. If I ask Alexa to show "camera 1"  "camera 2" or "camera 3" she says OK and camera displays.   If I ask for "camera 4" she says "OK" and the TV screen flashes the cached camera imaged several times and then closes and returns to the main Firestick menu.  All four cameras are showing strong wifi signal.  This camera does not have CVR on it.  This cameras has not moved in 6 months.  I tried restarting it but still no luck.  Any suggestions?

I should add that this camera streams fine to iOS and desktop via various browsers, just not to Firestick via Alexa
