I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions: How do I connect my Arlo camera to Apple HomeKit?

It’s still asking me for apple homekit QR code after reboot. My device never came with that code

@N124

Can you try removing and re-adding the Arlo app.

I reset all your device's HomeKit tokens, go ahead and reboot your base station and try again. You can try removing th app agin if you like as well. if this doesn't't resolve the issue, we may need to do a factory reset on your base station.

I removed it and added it back.  I also held down the reset button, but no change.  Still asks for apple HomeKit QR code.   Do any of the hubs actually come with a code?
